How to Get More Hubpages Referrals
Get Paid to Refer!
Writing for Hubpages is not the only way to make money; you can make money from the site by referring new members as well. This works by creating a referral tracker, and then sending the link to people who might want to start writing online as well. You will get 10% of their impressions, which is taken from Hubpages’ share of ad impressions. The entire process is actually detailed by Hubpages in this hub: Referral Trackers and The Hubpages Referral Program.
Now, once you have figured out how to refer people to Hubpages and make some money from their work, you have to decide what to do with your link so people can actually see it. Here are some tips that I’ve had success with in the past.

Referral Tips
Friends and Family
Send your link to people that you know that may want to start writing online. Even if they only post creative writing or stop after a few articles, you will have a ten percent share of all of their traffic, which can help supplement your hard work as well.
Profile Page
When creating your author description on Hubpages, include a sign up link so that people who are interested in writing or inspired by your work can sign up to Hubpages as well and start publishing. Since it is likely that quite a few people visit your profile each day, exposing this hidden source of traffic to your referral link increases the chances of referring more people.
Endnotes
After you write an article about Hubpages, or about writing online in general, you can include a short paragraph or sentence advising readers to sign up for Hubpages to start earning some extra money from their writing. The more articles that you write, the more exposure your referral link gets, and you will start seeing some extra sign ups.
Articles for Other Sites
You can write articles, reviews, or post proof of payments from Hubpages on other sites, including your own blog or even other writing sites gusta Hubpages. Include your referral link to Hubpages somewhere in your article, and do your best to convince your readers to sign up. Since this is posted on another site, most of your readers will not be Hubpages members, and you can get quite a lot of referrals using this method.
